Last updated: 18 September 2026. This page explains what WebCliniQ collects when you use the free audit tool or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect from the audit tool
When you run an audit, we store the business name and/or website you enter, the results the audit produces (score, findings, the city of the matched Google listing, and a plain-language summary), and your IP address. We do not ask for or collect any patient information, and the audit tool never touches or reads anything behind a login on your website.
Your report link
Each audit creates a report page at a private link (webcliniq.com/r/…). Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with people you choose. Report pages are marked so search engines don't list them.
How we use Google's services
The audit calls Google's PageSpeed Insights API (to check your site speed and technical health) and Google's Places API (to check your public Google Business Profile). Both only read information that is already public. The practice name, type, city and audit findings are also sent to Google's Gemini API to write the plain-language summary. We do not request access to your Google account, analytics, or any private dashboard as part of the free audit.
Why we log your IP address
Your IP address is stored with each audit record so we can limit how many audits one connection runs per hour and stop automated abuse of the free tool. We don't use it to identify or track visitors for any other purpose.
If you email yourself the report
If you ask for the full report by email, we store your email address with that audit and the time you asked. The report is sent through our email provider, and Emmanuel gets a notification to follow up. To stop hearing from us, reply to any email and say so.
Contact form and direct messages
If you reach out via the contact form, WhatsApp, or email, we keep that information (name, email, message) only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you've asked for.
Who processes your data for us
Netlify hosts the site and receives contact form submissions. Supabase stores audit records and email requests. Google runs the Places, PageSpeed Insights and Gemini services described above. Resend delivers emails.
Deleting your data
Email support@webcliniq.com and we'll delete your audit records, report page and email address.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information to third parties, and we don't run ads that use your data to target you.
